Position Requirements:

• Must live in Staten Island, NY.
• MUST HAVE A CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Any previous experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, laborer, demolition, etc., preferred.
• Reliable worker
• Must be flexible with hours (weekends possible)
• Able to handle heavy lifting
• Ability to be on feet for long periods of time

Job Description

Experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician NEEDED.

Candidate must have 5+ years’ experience in 3 or MORE of the following skilled trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, etc.

Requirements

MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Must have off street parking for company vehicle with commercial plates

Must work with little to no guidance

Reliable working with a proven track record of employment

Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices

Must be available to rotating weekend on call (1 or more times per month)
